A Passion for What We Do
Radu has a long history of working in the coach building industry, particularly equipment installation, commissioning and servicing, being employed by some of the leading bus and coach builders and maintenance companies, across the UK and Europe. R&R started with a small project for INIT GmbH in late 2018. A number of projects later, they are still one of our main customers.
Both during the time when he was employed and since starting R&R, Radu has established an excellent reputation for high-quality work, high efficiency and high responsibility, turning around projects in a timely and trustworthy manner. Whilst corners are not cut, the R&R team can often deliver successful and complete projects in a shorter space of time than other companies and engineers.
Radu has a passion for his work and this is instilled in the rest of the R&R team, which now numbers ten people, the majority being full time and fully qualified engineers.
In addition to training our engineers and managing the business, with Roxana, Radu spends a lot of time on site ensuring that all work is undertaken perfectly and on time. Because of his experience and technical expertise, Radu is often asked to take on projects and tasks which are near impossible as he is able to find technical solutions that perhaps others would not think of.
Roxana really runs the business day to day, handling all the administrative activities, scheduling and finance. If you call R&R or send an email, you are most likely to speak with Roxana, as Radu is probably out on site!
Roxana is a fully trained prosecutor with a degree in law. However, she found running her own business to be much more interesting! Having previously worked as the Events Manager for a restaurant and events group, where she gained experience in staff management, administration and accounting, she joined Radu in setting up R&R.
